Kate graduated from the University of Western Australia with a combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in June 2017 and is currently working towards a Certificate of Applied Finance with Kaplan Professional Education.

Kate commenced employment as a Law Graduate with Steinepreis Paganin in July 2017 and was admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia in May 2018. Kate was appointed as a Senior Associate on 1 July 2021.

Kate’s experience includes equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial drafting, due diligence investigations, and providing general corporate and commercial advice across various industries and sectors.
