Hugo graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in 2020. Hugo commenced as a Solicitor with Steinepreis Paganin in December 2021. Hugo was admitted as a Lawyer in Western Australia in April 2021. He was appointed as an Associate on 1 January 2024, and later a Senior Associate on 1 July 2026.
