Anna graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Juris Doctor in 2019 and Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) in 2015. Anna has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance with Kaplan Professional.

Anna was admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia in November 2020 and commenced as a Solicitor with Steinepreis Paganin in May 2021. Anna was appointed as a Senior Associate of the firm in July 2023.

Anna has broad experience advising on equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. Anna’s expertise includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing due diligence processes, and delivering strategic legal advice across a range of industries and sectors.
