Nic assists clients with a wide range of commercial transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets (including initial public offerings and secondary capital raisings), private investments and other financing transactions. Nic also regularly assists clients with governance issues, general corporate matters and ASX and ASIC compliance obligations.  

Nic graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in December 2015 and commenced employment as a Solicitor with Steinepreis Paganin in July 2017. Nic was admitted as a Lawyer in Western Australia in December 2016 and was appointed as a Senior Associate on 1 July 2022.

Nic has experience in capital raisings, acquisitions, commercial drafting, due diligence investigations, and Corporations Act and ASX compliance.
