Steinepreis Paganin are pleased to welcome Matt Ireland in the role of Senior Associate
 

Matt is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, with over 10 years’ experience in the M&A/Capital Markets team of a major national law firm in Sydney and in Perth. Matt was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in December 2003 and in Western Australia in March 2004.

Matt commenced employment with Steinepreis Paganin as a Senior Associate in February 2018.

Matt has a wide range of experience in general corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions (including takeovers and schemes of arrangement), capital raisings (including IPOs and backdoor listings), spinoffs and demergers, due diligence investigations and compliance issues. His other areas of practice include preparation of material for shareholders meetings and corporate governance matters. Matt also has experience in the drafting of mining and resources documents including joint venture agreements, acquisition and disposal of mining assets and independent solicitor’s reports.
