Jonathan graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in 2006 and commenced employment with Steinepreis Paganin as an Articled Clerk in April 2007, and was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in May 2008.
Jonathan's experience includes due diligence investigations, commercial drafting and mergers and acquisitions. He also provides general corporate advice in relation to capital raisings, Corporations Act and ASX compliance, Australian Financial Services licences, managed investment schemes and anti-money laundering compliance.

Pamela graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science). She commenced employment with Steinepreis Paganin as an Articled Clerk in December 2007 and was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in December 2008.
During her employment with Steinepreis Paganin, Pamela has gained experience in the commercial drafting, capital raisings, due diligence investigations, and providing general commercial and corporate advice on matters such as compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
Pamela is currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance with Kaplan Professional Australia (formerly FINSIA).

Following graduation from Murdoch, Lydia commenced employment as an Articled Clerk with Jackson McDonald and was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in March 2009.
