Background and Experience
Daniel graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing). Daniel’s legal experience consists of 3 years at a national firm and 4 years at a top tier firm in litigation, insolvency and reconstructions.
Daniel joined Steinepreis Paganin as an Associate in December 2010.
Daniel has a wide range of experience in corporate matters and has advised clients on takeovers, corporate reconstructions, capital raisings and general corporate matters as well as, insolvency and distressed debt situations.
Jane Wysocki LLB BComm

Background and Experience
Jane graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce and commenced employment as an Articled Clerk at a national firm.
Jane moved to London in 2005, where she worked for a UK corporate law firm and gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital raisings, corporate reorganisations and takeovers. Jane returned to Perth and joined Steinepreis Paganin as a solicitor in 2009.
Jane has experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial drafting, preparing and reviewing prospectuses, due diligence investigations, company meetings, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance and providing general commercial and corporate advice. Jane is admitted to practice in England and Wales and Western Australia.
Jane was appointed as an Associate at Steinepreis Paganin on 1 July 2011.
Sara Kelly LLB BComm

Background and Experience
Sara graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Marketing) and commenced employment as an Articled Clerk at a commercial firm in December 2005. In February 2007, Sara was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia and commenced employment with Steinepreis Paganin in July 2007.
Sara’s experience includes commercial drafting, preparation and review of prospectuses, capital raisings and due diligence investigations. She also provides general corporate advice in relation to capital raisings, Corporations Act and ASX compliance.
Sara is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment with FINSIA (formerly the Securities Institute of Australia).
Sara appointed as an Associate at Steinepreis Paganin on 1 July 2011.
John Kay LLB

Background and Experience
John graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in both Western Australia and England and Wales. John commenced employment with Steinepreis Paganin in August 2009.
John's experience includes capital raisings, due diligence investigations, commercial drafting, preparation and review of prospectuses, mergers and acquisitions and Corporations Act and ASX compliance. He also advises private and public companies on general commercial and corporate transactions.
John was appointed as an Associate at Steinepreis Paganin on 1 July 2011.
Taylia Rocci LLB BComm

Background and Experience
Taylia graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance) in June 2006. Following graduation Taylia moved to London where she worked as a paralegal before returning to Perth and commencing as an Articled Clerk with Clayton Utz in February 2008. Taylia was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in March 2009 and commenced employment with Steinepreis Paganin in June 2010.
Taylia was appointed as an Associate at Steinepreis Paganin on 1 January 2012.
Annette Della-Vedova LLB

Background
Annette graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws. Following graduation, Annette commenced employment as an Articled Clerk with a top tier national firm and was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in April 2008. Annette commence employment with Steinepreis Paganin in January 2011.
Annette has experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial drafting, due diligence investigations, commercial property leasing, property disposals and acquisitions, Corporations Act and ASX listing rule compliance and providing general commercial and corporate advice.
Annette was appointed as an Associate at Steinepreis Paganin on 1 January 2012.
