Steinepreis Paganin congratulates Annette Della-Vedova and Taylia Rocci on becoming Associates of the firm on 1 January 2012.  

Steinepreis Paganin welcomes Philip Greaney who joined the firm in September 2011. 

Phil graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2009.  Phil completed the College of Law Practical Legal Training Program and was admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia in October 2010 while employed at a specialised boutique mining firm.  Phil commenced employment with Steinepreis Paganin in September 2011.

Steinepreis Paganin welcomes Natalie Cosh who joined the firm in July 2011.

Natalie graduated from Murdoch University with a Juris Doctor in 2009.  Natalie commenced employment as a Law Graduate at a national firm in February 2010 and was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in December 2010. Natalie commenced employment with Steinepreis Paganin in July 2011.

Natalie's experience includes general commercial law, due diligence investigations and commercial drafting.

Sandra graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in 2010.  Sandra commenced employment as a Law Graduate with Steinepreis Paganin in February 2011.

Sarah graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Arts (Anthropology) in 2007 before graduating from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2010.  Sarah commenced employment as a Law Graduate with Steinepreis Paganin in February 2011.

Erin graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Modern Languages (German) at the end of 2010.  Erin commenced employment as a Law Graduate with Steinepreis Paganin in February 2011.

Aimee graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Politics and Italian) and commenced employment as Law Graduate at a national firm in February 2009. In December 2009, Aimee was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia and commenced employment with Steinepreis Paganin in February 2011.

Aimee’s experience includes commercial drafting, capital raisings and due diligence investigations.

Steinepreis Paganin welcomes Annette Della-Vedova who joined the firm in January 2011.

Annette graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws. Following graduation, Annette commenced employment as an Articled Clerk with a top tier national firm and was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in April 2008.

Annette has experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial drafting, due diligence investigations, commercial property leasing, property disposals and acquisitions, Corporations Act and ASX listing rule compliance and providing general commercial and corporate advice.

Annette joined Steinepreis Paganin as a solicitor in January 2011.

Steinepreis Paganin welcomes Daniel Tydde who joined the firm in December 2010. 
 
Daniel graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing).  Daniel’s legal experience consists of 3 years at a national firm and 4 years at a top tier firm in litigation, insolvency and reconstructions.

Daniel has a wide range of experience in corporate matters and has advised clients on takeovers, corporate reconstructions, capital raisings and general corporate matters as well as, insolvency and distressed debt situations.

Steinepreis Paganin welcomes Mark McConnell who joined the firm in October 2010. 

Mark graduated from Edinburgh University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and commenced working as a Trainee Solicitor with Archibald, Campbell & Harley in Edinburgh, United Kingdom in 2005. Mark completed a two year traineeship and a subsequent two years of corporate law practice with the firm until he relocated to Perth, Western Australia in 2009.

Mark joined Steinepreis Paganin in 2010 as a Consultant (admitted in Scotland, not admitted in Australia) and is undertaking further study to become admitted in Western Australia.

Mark has experience in general corporate advisory and banking and finance work including acquisition and disposal of companies, incorporation and reconstruction of corporate bodies, general corporate and company law agreements and shareholder agreements.

Pia graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) in 2008 before commencing as an Articled Clerk with a national firm in 2009.  Pia was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in April 2010.

Steinepreis Paganin welcomes David Naoum who joined the firm in July 2010.

David graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2002 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce.  He has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance with FINSIA (formerly the Securities Institute of Australia).

David joined Steinepreis Paganin as a Senior Associate in July 2010.  Prior to commencing with Steinepreis Paganin, David spent over seven years with national law firm Freehills in their corporate section, including two years as a Senior Associate.

David has a wide range of experience advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions and general corporate and commercial matters.

Steinepreis Paganin welcomes Taylia Rocci who joined the firm in June 2010.

Taylia graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance) in June 2006.  Following graduation Taylia moved to London where she worked as a paralegal before returning to Perth and commencing as an Articled Clerk with Clayton Utz in February 2008.  Taylia was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in March 2009.

Fiona graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) in 2007 before commencing as an Articled Clerk in March 2008 at a national firm. Fiona was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in April 2009.

Steinepreis Paganin ranked No. 13 on the Australasian M&A league table for 2009 based on number of deals.  This is a great result, going from No. 50 the previous year.

2008 - Legal Advisors - Steinepreis Paganin - Top Advisor - For the third year in a row Perth based firm Steinepreis Paganin were the leading IPO legal advisors.  They finished the year with 11 new listings which sought to raise $57.40m.  In a lean year, those 11 new listing accounted for nearly a quarter of all the new IPO's in 2008.
