Can We Service Interstate and International Clients?

The firm has a significant number of interstate clients and clients with international operations.

We frequently service interstate clients by either:

  • engaging a law firm that we have a relationship with in another state to assist with a particular task; or
     
  • sending one or more of our lawyers to the specific location to complete the task ourselves.  We are responsive to our clients' needs and will attend any location in order to complete a task.
     

When our clients require advice in relation to international matters, we generally engage a law firm that practises in the relevant jurisdiction to assist us to complete the task.  In our experience, this is the most cost efficient way of completing engagements on international matters.
